Felhívtam az üzletet, hogy érdeklődjek egy fényképezőgép kiszállításáról, majd az eladó rám tette a telefont azzal a kijelentéssel, hogy itt valami elírás történt, egy perc és visszahív. Körülbelül öt perc múlva annyit láttam, hogy 20.000 forinttal megemelte a termék árát, de nem hívott vissza. Amikor felhívtam ismét őket egy kolléganője vette fel aki közölte nem tud mit tenni, még kedvezményt sem tud biztosítani. Hibáztak, elírták megértem, de hogy utána nem hív vissza és még annyit sem mondd, hogy ad egy tokot vagy egy memóriakártyát a hibáért cserébe... Unqualified attitude! I called the store to inquire about the delivery of a camera and then the salesman put the phone on me saying that something was wrong here, one minute and he would call me back. After about five minutes, I saw that he increased the price of the product by HUF 20,000, but did not call me back. When I called them again they were picked up by a colleague who told me he couldn’t do anything, he couldn’t even provide a discount. They made a mistake, I wrote it I understand, but that you don't call me back afterwards and don't even say that you give a case or a memory card in exchange for the mistake ...

Not easy to know if the shop is open as nothing outside of the shop, other than a sign in Hungarian, making it harder for foreign photography lovers needing some camera gear. Buzz on the doorbell and they should open. Monday-Friday. Fingers crossed.
