★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos az ARTWORK Kft önállósága megszűnt és a Triponttal történt fúzió az én szempontomból nem sikerült jól. A korábbi egyedi igényeket gyorsan és precízen kielégítő hozzáállás sajnos a múlté. Igaz, hogy a Tripont kínálatában és áraiban korrekt, de egy nagyüzem.
Unfortunately, the independence of ARTWORK Ltd has ceased to exist and the merger with Tripont has not worked well for me. Unfortunately, an attitude that quickly and accurately responds to individual needs is a thing of the past. It's true that Tripont's offerings and prices are fair, but it's a big business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy Nikon Objektívet vittem javítattni hozzájuk, amiről a rögzítő gyűrű esett le 5 db csavart kellett pótolni ami "villámgyorsan" 3 hét alatt sikerült is nekik... a személyzet segítőkés és udvarias, kaptam csereobjektívet is. Egyedül az elvégzett munka sebességével volt a problémám!
I took a Nikon Lens to them for repair, from which the mounting ring fell off. The only problem was the speed of the work done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felháborítóan inkompetens cég. Az "ügyfélszolgálat" másfél hét alatt többször megígérte, hogy a képeink állapotáról tájékoztat. Soha nem történt meg, mindig hívni kellett őket, persze semmilyen konkrét választ nem tudtak adni. Végül egy hétfői napon valószínűsítették, majd kedden megígérték, hogy elkészülnek a képeink csütörtökre. Csütörtökön arról tájékoztattak már az üzletben személyesen, hogy hát nem találták meg a képeinket annak ellenére, hogy két féle módon is el lett küldve, és annyi sem jutott eszükbe, hogy bármilyen formában értesítsenek, nehogy feleslegesen bemenjünk. Sajnálták... Köszi, szép munka.
Outrageously incompetent company. The "customer service" promised several times in a week and a half to keep you informed of the status of our images. It never happened, they always had to be called, of course they couldn’t give any specific answers. Finally, it was probable on a Monday and then on Tuesday we were promised that our pictures would be ready by Thursday. On Thursday, they had already been informed in person at the store that they had not found our pictures even though they had been sent in two ways, and it was not enough for them to be notified in any form so as not to enter us unnecessarily. Sorry ... Thanks, nice work.

I took my machine for sensor cleaning and it was ready in an hour! They did a good job! The servers are very helpful and provide a lot of good advice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ennyire inkorrekt céggel még nem találkoztam. Két objektívet vittem hozzájuk továbbértékesítésre. Az egyiket rögtön eladták, annak az ára 5 hétig volt náluk, a másik ára pedig két és fél hétig. Szó szerint könyörögnöm illetve harcolnom kellett a pénzemért.
I have never met such an incorrect company. I brought two lenses to them for resale. One was sold right away, it cost them 5 weeks and the other two and a half weeks. I literally had to beg or fight for my money.
