Magát a terméket egy műanyag játékporszívónak írnám le amivel a gyerekem jól elvan de takarításra abszolút alkalmatlan. Hogy miért nem küldtem vissza és éltem a visszavásárlási garanciával? Felajánlották, hogy visszafizetik az árát, vagy cserélik. A csere mellett döntöttem, mire küldtek egyet és a másikat is megtarthattam. Így lett egy "műhelyrádióm" is. Mindezt gyorsan, kedvesen. Az ügyfélszolgálat érdeklődésére ami szintén ritkaság számba megy meg kérdezte minden rendben van e, meg kaptuk e? Mire elkezdtem nekik panaszkodni. Ők válaszoltak hogy azonnal küldik a csere darabot és a jelenlegivel nincs semmi dolgunk, nem kell vissza küldeni. Mindez 1 hét leforgása alatt. Minden elismerésem az egész cég részére! Szerencsére pozitívan sült el a dolog, ma megérkezett a teljes összeg a számlámra (termék ára+ szállítási költség). A lényeg, hogy határozottan, de kulturáltan kell lekommunikálni a problémát! Kibontottam, és ugyan négy darab, és a feliratok szerint a fenti típusú, de teljesen más márkájú, és elvileg kedvezőbb paraméterekkel rendelkező típusa volt... Ami NEM 18650es méret volt! Csak akkor lehetett észrevenni, ha a kettőt egymás mellé téve néztem meg, a megrendelt termék bár átmérőben megegyezett, körülbelül 2 miliméterrel magasabb volt a réginél. Innentől a legtöbb ezzel működő készülékembe be sem tudtam tenni, amibe mégis befért ott a lehető legkisebb, szinte 0 teljesítményről tett tanúbizonyságot. Sajnos ma nem voltam multiméter közelében, de ki fogom mérni mit tudnak a valóságban a ráírtakhoz képest, és frissíteni fogom vele ezt a véleményt. És nem is ezért vagyok most kissé indulatos. Bárki hibázhat, gondoltam majd tárcsáztam a számlán lévő telefonszámot hétköznap, munkaidőben. Rögzítő. Google-ben rákerestem a cégre. Még 2 telefonszámot találtam, mobil rögzítőn, a vezetékes egy miskolci szám a pesti cím ellenére, amiből szintén volt egy a neten, és egy teljesen másik a számlán, természetesen ez a szám még előfizetőhöz sem volt társítva. Nem voltam rest, ezek után kocsiba ültem és felkerestem mindkét címet, ami a céghez tartozik elméletben. Egyik helyen sincs egyáltalán semmilyen nyoma a cég létezésének sem. Még csak egy táblácska sem jelzi a cég székhelyét sem, ami szintén szabálysértés. És ez a legpofátlanabb ebben az egészben, és nagyon komolyan fontolgatom hogy az illetékes hatóságokhoz forduljak ebben az ügyben. And that's not why I'm a little nervous right now. Anyone can make a mistake, I thought I'd dial the phone number on the bill on weekdays, during business hours. Fastener. I searched for the company on Google. I found 2 more phone numbers on my mobile recorder, the landline is a Miskolc number despite the Pest address, of which there was also one on the net and a completely different one on the bill, of course this number was not even associated with a subscriber. I wasn’t resting, after that I got in the car and approached both addresses that belong to the company in theory. In no place is there any trace of the company’s existence at all. Not a single sign indicates the company's headquarters, which is also a violation. And this is the most cheeky of it all, and I am very seriously considering turning to the competent authorities on this matter. In the meantime, please don't buy from this half-existent, fraudulent brigade!

Nekem megérkeztek a termékek és nincs semmi gond velük jó be volt csomagolva nem sérültek, és müködö képes. Ha ilyen mini billentyüzetre vágysz és árban is megfelel akkor ajánlani tudom:) Because I haven’t ordered from this store yet and after comments but to have a positive one after a lot of negative reviews. The products have arrived for me and there is no problem with them, they were well packaged, undamaged and working. If you want such a mini keyboard and it suits the price, I can recommend it :)
