★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I had ever received in my WHOLE life. I asked very nicely to one of the shopkeeper about purchasing a smartphone. He responded (basically YELLED in my face like SCOLDING me) saying “HELLO HELLO WOULD YOU WAIT A SECOND I’M BUSY”, wondering what did I say that offended him so much. I was asking like a normal person would and he didn’t even flinch an eye at me and was then replying by yelling. He could’ve replied normally but instead he yelled with BAD GESTURE. A couple people surrounding me then stared at me like I’m the crazy person. I had to walk away not saying anything after that and left the store. I have experience in the customer service industry and this is absolutely no way of treating a person (let alone a CUSTOMER). This is the first time I’m writing any review about a store and this basically emphasised how BAD the shopkeeper treated me. Don’t get me wrong Mediamarkt is a great store for everything you need but this guy should not be a shopkeeper and just quit his job. Clearly he hates people. I would give this a 0 star if I can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of those places in retail where a woman feels completely lost, probably like a man in any clothing shop. The staff helps once one is able to locate them, they are always a scarcity. Reasonable product selection. Reasonable price range. Always amazed that they also sell syrups for coffee and so many types of desserts from all over the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one knows anything when you have a question. Once you find what you need, be ready to stay in line as seen on the picture. And they have 4 cashier instead of 7 during peak time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried flat white but it was quite mediocre and the timings are far from good. Sandwich was well done, but serving it on wooden play is a bad idea, combined with quite uncomfortable outside seats. But the personnel is very nice I should say
