Az antihisztamin, csak 4 napig jelentett megkönnyebbülést, utána minden tünetem visszajött. Mikor megpróbáltam felvenni a kapcsolatot a doktornővel, mert rosszul vagyok, azt mondták, azt nem tehetem, írjak egy emailt. Megírtam, majd estére egy emailben odavetett mondatot kaptam, hogy szedjek eggyel több szemet a gyógyszerből. Ez sem hatott semmit, itt feladtam, hisz ingyen nincs segítség, 25ezerért pedig csak ennyi járt. Nem segített? Hát bocsi. Így kifizettem 10 percért a doktornőnél 25ezret, kiváltottam a gyógyszert még 10ezerért, mindezt a nagy semmiért. Lehet, hogy az esztétikai kezelésekben jók, de ha valódi problémák vannak, akkor a doktornőt és a helyet semmiképpen nem ajánlanám. Nekem nagy csalódás. It didn't affect anything either, I gave up here because there is no help for free, and that's all it cost for 25 thousand. Didn't it help? Well, sorry. So I paid the doctor 25 thousand for 10 minutes, I triggered the medicine for another 10 thousand, all for the big nothing. They may be good at aesthetic treatments, but if there are real problems, I wouldn’t recommend the doctor and the place by any means. It's a big disappointment for me.

Így kaptunk tájékoztatást (de semmiféle elnézést). Számomra annyira alapvető és evidens lenne, hogy ha megérkezik egy ügyfél, akkor a bejelentkezéskor tájékoztatást adok, hogy x perc csúszásban vagyunk elnézést. Lehet én vagyok "régiómódi", és ma már ez nem része az ügyfelekból élő vállalkozások alapfilozófiájának. :( (Egy hétköznapi futárszolgálat képes küldeni egy SMSt (ha 5 percet késik), akkor lehet a mellettünk lévő (mi pénzünkből fizetését kapó) recepciós is képes tájékoztatni.)
