My appointment was booked for 12:00, for Botox and lip filler. I arrived on time at 11:45. I was waiting and waiting, then one of the consultant called me in the office and explained that I can choose from 2 types of fillers. One is on sale but she wouldn’t recommend that because it’s not a good quality, so she recommended the other, which costs double because it was my first lip filler. That’s no problem, I chose the more expensive one. She put on the numbing cream at around 12:30 and then again I was waiting and waiting. At 13:00 they took me to the treatment room, but the doctor was nowhere, no apology, acting like they were doing a favour treating me, and it’s absolutely normal that I’ve been waiting now for over an hour. I was getting more and more anxious since this would have been my first filler, I also explained to the assistant that I’ve an other appointment and asked how much longer do I have to wait. She told me 5-6 minutes, then left the room, she came back at 13:20 telling me that some patient was asking for more treatment than she was booked in for which causing the delay. At this point I was waiting for over an hour and a half, I thought this is a joke, still no doctor, the numbing cream completely wore off so I left, couldn’t wait any longer than 1 hour and a half potentially much longer. Very poor customer service with arrogance. Any professional place would rebook a patient if they want to do more treatment and not punishing the next. The arrogance hasn’t stop there, they called me a few hours later apologising for I couldn’t wait longer, because of course it’s my fault that I left, not their fault that they made me waiting for so long. She offered me as a favour that next time they will see me on time but I have to ask for it, it’s not given. I wouldn’t recommend this place, you can get the same poor, unprofessional customer service anywhere in Budapest for much cheaper.

I was in September for a botox 3 areas session, I did several times in others countries. I warned to the Dr because sometimes they can puncture in a nerve and leave your eyelid down or up. Well, the worst experience I had, the Dr had to try to correct my expresion 3 times withouth sucess, and besides he wanted I PAY for the material he used for my correction around 3.000 ft, for his mistake??? I couldnt believe this. plus the 125.000 ft I PAID before Seriously ladies dont go, there are others place in Budapest more professionals like this place.

I was 2 times here, the first time was 1 week ago botox and lips feel.. I managed the upload very well I felt until after 1 day. all loaded material is gone. Dr Farkas Tamás. Made it…. Then i go back after 6 days I was by Dr Sherban Julia she did it very nicely, she is very friendly and nice. Now I have nice lips ? Thank you so much when I will go back in the future I will go just to Dr Sherban Julia. I only recommend Dr Sherban Julia Thank you so much ?
