Nyilván drágább ha nem a webes felületükön rendelem meg, de így 9e helyett 12e volt, ami combos különbség. Ráadásul még barátságtalan is volt a kiszolgálás, úgyhogy ide többet nem jövök. Szerencsére a Merkaptban gyökeresen más volt a hozzáállás, pár perc gondolkodás után adtak valamit amivel meg tudtam oldani a problémám :) Profi, kedves, gyors kiszolgálás. Az eladó hölgy rendkívül arrogáns stílusban viselkedett, már a belépésünkkor is elég kellemetlenül "fogadott", hogy be merészeltünk menni a boltba. Segítséget szerettünk volna kérni a termék kiválasztásánál (méretválasztásnál), mire odadobta a katalógusukat, majd hátat fordítva nekünk megjegyzést tett a kollégájának az akváriumuk tisztaságára és a halaik tétlenségére. Ezzel a gesztussal azt érzékeltette velünk, hogy "nem kívánatos személyek" vagyunk számára. Jobbnak láttuk elhagyni az üzletet, pedig a fürdőszoba felújításunk kapcsán több terméket is vásároltunk volna. De nem kötelező náluk vásárolnunk... Egy perc után ledöbbenve inkább ki is fordultunk. Nem értem, hogy egy kereskedelemben dolgozó szakember hogy engedheti meg magának ezt a stílust... I do not recommend this business to anyone !!! Két hölgy a pultban, mindent tud a vizes, szaniter szakmáról, tanácsokkal és ötletekkel is segítenek. Nem tudom a többi üzlete a cégnek milyen, de a Hungárián levőbe jó bemenni!
