A rendelésemre, Maszlavér Milán még munkaidőn kívül (is) visszaigazolta, telefonon beszéltünk. A gázkazánhoz rendelt kéménycső nem a típushoz való volt, de javította megrendelésemet és két nap múlva értesítésére azt is meg kaptam. Sajnos gerinc műtétem és korom miatt a kazánt nem tudtam betenni a kocsiba, de munkatársai betették. Mint a kiszolgálással, mint az "ügyintézéssel" nagyon meg vagyok elégedve. Minden kolléga segítőkész volt. Javaslom mindenkinek. Was I lucky? The telephone support was ready. My order was confirmed by Milavlav Mérlavér even outside working hours, we spoke on the phone. The chimney pipe assigned to the gas boiler was not the type, but it repaired my order and after two days I received it for my notice. Unfortunately, due to my spinal surgery and age, I could not put the boiler in the car, but my colleagues put it in. As for the service as the "administration" I am very satisfied. All colleagues were helpful. I recommend to everyone.

T	The Abaddon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Több alkalommal tapasztaltuk, hogy vevőként le se vagyunk szarva, mivel az eladó hozzánk se volt hajlandó szólni minimum 15 percen keresztül, hanem inkább bandáztak négyen a pult mögött és jókat röhögcséltek, ami persze nekem nem segített semmit. A kiszolgálás az évek alatt semmit sem változott és igazából úgy érzem, mintha ők tennének nekem szívességet, hogy egyáltalán elkölthetem a pénzemet náluk. On several occasions, we found that we were not horned as a buyer, as the seller refused to speak to us for at least 15 minutes, but rather four bands behind the counter and laughed good, which of course did not help me. The service hasn’t changed over the years and I really feel like they’re doing me a favor so I can spend my money with them at all.

Z	Zita Sólyomvári on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon csalodottak vagyunk, varni kellett alig akartak kiszolgalni, bar kedvesen elbeszelgettek, de tobb alkalommal valotlant allitott az ugyintezo, mintha nem abbol elne, hogy termekeket ad el! A homeinfo hetek kuponjaval akartunk egy Radaway zuhanykabint megrendelni, azt mondtak a gyarto mar nem tudja befogadni a kupont (nem igaz, hetfo 16oraig befogadjak), illetve hogy ajanlat kell nekik (nem igaz, ez kizarolag a kenyelmuket szolgalja)! A vegen hajlando volt nagy kegyesen megoldani, majd a vegen csak kiderult 20 perc utan, hogy “sajnos” nem megoldhato…. Epp itt vagyunk egy masik segitokesz boltnal, ahol 5 perc alatt megoldottuk… van aki akar penzt keresni van aki nem…. Botrany! We are very disappointed, they barely wanted to serve, they talked kindly, but on that occasion the same person was unbelievable, as if he weren't going to sell products! We wanted to order a Radaway shower cabin with the homeinfo weekly coupon, they said the manufacturer could not accept the coupon anymore (not true, I would accept it until 4pm) or that they needed an offer (not true, it was for their convenience only)! At the end, he was willing to solve it with great grace, and then at the end it turned out after 20 minutes that “unfortunately” it could not be solved…. We are here with another help shop, where we solved it in 5 minutes. Scandal!

A kiszolgálás hozzáértő és gyors volt. Sőt még árkedvezmenyt is kaptam. I bought an underfloor heating control unit and heating installation materials. I agreed on the phone before, they'll pick up the phone here. The service was knowledgeable and fast. I even got a discount.
