Az üzletvezető kb úgy bánt velünk,mint egy gyenge elméjű vevővel. Nagy nehezen adott,szervíz elérhetőséget. Imádom a márkát,de ebbe az üzletbe a lábam sem teszem be. Pedig sokat szoktunk költeni,de még szinte levegőnek sem néztek minket. A bolt jó,az vezetés katasztrófa. Today we went in to ask for help for 2 hours, I did not experience any empathy. I love the brand, but I don’t put my foot in this business either. We used to spend a lot, but they didn't even look at us almost like air. The store is good, driving is a disaster.

Nem tudom az eladó hölgy nevét, de hihetetlenül kedves minden alkalommal, mikor bemegyünk. Ha ruhát próbálok, hoz hozzá magas sarkút, hogy el tudjam képzelni hogy fog kinézni, és nagyon jó ízléssel ajánl más ruhákat is. Nagyon örülnék, ha más boltokban is találnék ilyen jó eladót:) There are very few stores in Hungary where the sellers are really helpful, this store is one of the few. I don’t know the name of the lady on sale, but she’s incredibly kind every time we go in. When I try on clothes, I add high heels so I can imagine what it will look like and recommend other clothes with very good taste. I would be very happy to find such a good seller in other stores :)

Cipő minőségi problémánkkal fordultunk az Arénában lévő üzlethez. Reklamációnkat, nem tudják a megígért időre teljesíteni, de még azt mondják biztos adtunk be reklamációt, mert nem tudnak róla.? Igaz, egy hete várjuk a választ!! Ismét felveszik a reklamációnkat, mondván másnap tájékoztatnak. Három hete várunk a hívásra!! Felháborító ez a vevőorientáció! I wish I had gotten the names of the staff so I could tell them how much I appreciate there great customer service, but alas, I did not. Highly recommend this store. Great job all, thank you!
