P	Póczik Bence on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mielőtt megrendeltem a szolgáltatást megnéztem a Google értékelést, ami lehangoló. Mivel Zámolyon a Németh Imre utcában más szolgáltató "gyerek" szolgáltatással van jelen úgy gondoltam ennek ellenére próba szerencse. Két hónapos tapasztalatom az, hogy több HD csatornát, gyorsabb internetet kapok mint az ismertebb szolgáltatóknál és ezt kedvezőbb áron. Technikai vagy minőségi gondunk nem volt, sem szélben, sem napsütésben, sem hóban vagy viharban. Ha értekeztem velük kedvesek voltak és gyorsak. Akik szolgáltató választás előtt vannak, azoknak szerintem érdemes számításba venni és alaposabban utána nézni. Én nem bántam meg. Egy jobbító észrevételem lenne: utálom a sárga csekkeket :) ha a weboldalon lenne egy privát fiók ahol lehetne látni a már befizetett és még fennmaradó számlákat jó lenne de tőlem így is jár az 5 csillag. My two months experience is that I get more HD channels, faster internet than most well-known service providers and at a better price. We had no technical or quality issues, either in wind, sunshine, snow or storm. If I was dealing with them they were nice and fast. For those who are ahead of the service provider, I think it is worth taking into consideration and looking closely. I didn't regret it. a	attila buruts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szolgáltatót fogunk váltani!!! Minősíthetetlen, hogy heti szinten nem működik valami! A csatornák nagy gyakorisággal változnak! Technikailag fel kéne zárkóznotok! Nincs net napközben 2 percenként home office-ban?!?!?! We will change service provider !!! It is ineligible that something does not work on a weekly basis! Channels change with great frequency! A vezetékes szám átvitele óta probléma ,probléma sorozatban Van egy hölgy munkatársuk,aki emberileg jószándékkal a legjobb...megértő segitőkész,sajnos ez a névrokonomra nem igaz.... Legutóbb is megszünt az internet szolgáltatás utólag kiszámlázták a 4000ft-ot A telefon is elnémult a javitásra szintén várhatom a csekket. Nem vagyok szakember de elvárták volna tölem hogy kihuzzam bedugjam a különböző vezetékeket képzetlenül,szerelőként... Egy évben legalább 350 napon a 100 Mbites internet az 100 Mbitel jön is. A sok panaszos inkább cseréljen először otthon routert, repeatert, telefont és laptopot mielőtt panaszkodik. Antenna Hungáriától bérlik a vonalat, optikai szálon jön a házakig, minőségi modemmel dolgoznak, vajon hol lehet a hiba? TV szintén. Folyamatos erős jel, problémamentes egész évben. Rengeteg HD csatorna. Az összes sportcsatorna elérhető, már az Aréna 4 is. Ügyfélszolgálat kedves, én mindig elértem őket. Ha bármi gond van gyorsan kiérnek. Tervezett üzemszünetet időben jelzik a honlapon, ahogy a csatorna és ÁSZF változást is. Csak így tovább. Arról nem is beszélve hogy a feltöltött egyenlegem jelentős része amiatt fogy hogy kapcsolatba tudják lépni a helpdeskkel At Lat-Sat Ltd.
