★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As hotel of 4* they had really small breakfast room specially now in corona time, 3 people were crowed already. They didn't changed towels even when we put them on the floor, someone just put it up again..the apartment we were in was cold and we said to the reception but they didn't do anything about it. And in the end we went to them to help us order taxi to airport that we have 04:30 early in the morning, they said all is fixed and we don't need to worry. We waited 15min NO ONE CAME! We almost missed the flight, luckily BOLT was working

We loved our stay here. The bar in the hotel and next door can be a bit noises but we were so tired, we could not hear a thing - and we had a room facing the bar.
The room was clean, had all the things we needed, including a coffee maker, and the staff was very helpful when we asked for something we needed.
The breakfast was great ! Just enough food- loved the coffee machine and the different items available. It is not a huge buffet with fresh waffles and pastries, but it was fine for us.
It is close to everything ! So may restaurants nearby - we specially loved the food trucks up the street -

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One day the breakfast for non guests was 5 euros per person, two days later it became 10 euros. Blonde receptionist woman with short hair is EXTREMELY rude for no reason. Managers should either train or replace staff, because her attitude was not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideal location, couldn't be any more central. We booked a lovely apartment, which was spacious with a comfortable bed. The insulation of the apartment was the only thing we could fault. As we walked past the windows, we could feel the cold coming in. In terms of heating, the apartment could have been slightly warmer. Breakfast was included in the rate, and it had a wide selection of everything one would need.

On departure day issue with door lock (battery empty), 1h15m waiting time to get back into the room and very poor handling of receptionist - she had an attitude and communicated the whole procedure very poorly, offering no compensation whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found this hotel the day before visiting Budapest. The location is very central and the neighbourhood was great for young people as it was full of bars and small restaurants. The room was great. Only negative was thay the heating in the bathroom (and the bathroom was quite big) wasn't working so it was quite cold inside. The breakfast was satisfying and diverse, they tried to introduce something new each morning. The only thing is the room where was the breakfast was so small. It barely fit around 10/12 people but the hotel is quite big. The check-in/out was easy.
