At least the receptionists were super nice and the location in the middle of the city was good. We booked it with breakfast but to get it we had to walk to the other Marriott hotel....

Still very good anyway. The only three things which bothered me was the walking to the Budapest Mariott main hotel building for breakfast, and high in-house garage parking rate (operated by different subject). But mainly, too soft mattress and pillow.

I used the free laundry room facilities. Highly recommended. Breakfast, at the hotel was a short walk away. Definitely recommend the Marriott if you want a comfortable place to stay In Budapest.

I have been travelling internationally as business executive for over 30 years and I must say that this property, especially the staff define customer service. Firstly the location is very central, the rooms a very (very) spacious for a European property, and the amenities are impeccable. Most importantly the front office staff goes beyond the call of duty to accommodate your requests. Very polite, courteous and responsive. Arne the General Manager, to Balazs, Zsombor and Sandor (front office staff) epitomize client service. One of my fav properties to stay at at highly recommend to anyone considering visiting Budapest.

I feel like my back is broken every time I wake up. Also the carpet and furniture have needed replacing for 5 years. Give this place some love bc the location is 10/10
B	Bryan Rider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stay at a ton of Marriott properties being titanium elite. I’m writing this review why sleeping on floor because bed is so uncomfortable. First the good: Great location. One of best on pest side. Staff is nice and helpful and housekeeping does a good job. They have laundry on each floor which is great. Rooms are spacious. This could be an amazing hotel. The bad is so bad. The furnishings inside the hotel should have been replaced 5-10 years ago. They are so uncomfortable I can hardly sit and work. The couch is broken down and had a U in it so very hard to sit. The bed is hard to sleep in if you have any type or back problems like my wife does. Mattress is extremely broken down and saggy. Never in over 500 nights at a Marriott property have I had this issue. Property could be a 9/10 if it fixed the furnishing issue.
