★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little hotel in the middle of the shopping district of Pest. The entry is not grand and you might easily miss it. The service is very friendly and the breakfast selection is decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ everything is terribly bad, except for the location. We felt the sewage in the room and there was a big window overlooking the hallway between the rooms, we had to keep the shutters closed all the time ... breakfast modest, mostly disaster in general

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location! In the middle of shopping district and not far from city transportation and direct bus to airport. Great breakfast buffet with varieties of food. The room was very clean. They also have a high ceiling room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Booked to stay at The Promenade Hotel for a 3 day city break, from check in to check out, I have nothing but praise, welcomed like an old friend (remember, this has been my first visit) I was allocated a spacious, clean and well appointed room. After getting settled, I visited reception to ask some advice on places to visit during my stay and was given a plethora of suggestions. Breakfast every morning was a whole new experience, a different selection of fine fayre was presented with style. I feel I must give a special mention to Sonya, she was the icing on the very beautiful cake that is Budapest, always there with a smile to greet you morning, noon and night. Keep up the good work Promenade, I look for to a return visit very soon ☺️
