Sajnálom mert biztos szépek a fények. Nice place, both in winter and summer. A helyiek is szerethetik, mert vigyáznak rá úgy látom. Every time I go to Debrecen, I always admire the fountain. Its beauty and texture have not changed over the years. The locals can love it too, because they take care of it I see.

A hotel felőli részre, kb. negyedkörcikk hosszban, öt, egyforma magas, optikailag határoló oszlop került. 5 darab, egyforma nagyságú oszlop, melynek mérete: 270 x 50 cm. Színük zöld és kék. Esténként kivilágítják az oszlopokat. Maga a szökőkút lesüllyesztve a tér járószintje alá, hogy egyedül a főnixmadár, Debrecen címerállata emelkedik ki az együttesből.' From the hotel side, approx. quarter-circle length, five, equally high, optically bounding columns were placed. 5 columns of equal size measuring 270 x 50 cm. Their colors are green and blue. The columns are lit in the evenings. The fountain itself is lowered below the walking level of the square, that only the coat of arms of the phoenix, Debrecen, stands out from the ensemble. Maga a szökőkút az ország legnagyobb zenélő kútja, melyhez, ha közelebb megyünk, akkor előtűnik a mélybe süllyesztett csempegrafika, mely a honfoglalást ábrázolja. Pázmándi Antal keramikusművész írt erről: „Nem konkurálhattam a tér hangsúlyos építészeti-környezeti objektumaival. Úgy süllyesztettem le a szökőkutat a tér járószintje alá, hogy egyedül a főnixmadár, Debrecen címerállata emelkedik ki.” Another wonder of the space is the phoenix fountain. The bird in the coat of arms of the city symbolizes the eternal rebirth and indestructibility of the city. The fountain itself is the largest musical well in the country, to which, if we go closer, the deep-drawn tile graphics depicting the conquest appear. Ceramic artist Antal Pázmándi wrote about this: “I could not compete with the emphatic architectural-environmental objects of the space. I lowered the fountain below the walking level of the square so that only the coat of arms of the phoenix, Debrecen, stands out. ”
