I showed up with no appointment, just a referral from a telecon with different Wallis service advisor the day before. Even though the place was extremely busy, Kiss Gergely took the time to listen to my problem and did his best to resolve it in an expeditious fashion.
He got my vehicle in and out in less than an hour; while I was sitting in a comfortable leather chair, Gergely was patiently listening to an extremely irate older lady vent about an issue which he did not create but nonetheless had to deal with.....I mean this woman was GOING OFF on him!! Gotta hand it to him, though, while a lesser man would've certainly reacted to all that anger with some choice vocabulary, he kept it together and calmed her down just like a professional therapist!
After the fireworks were over, as he was showing me the replacement parts installed on my car, I asked him how he coped with that kind of situation. He just shrugged, gave me a slight smile, and wished me a good day.
