The staff were very nice. The process was quick. The only two things lacking are an air conditioner and another office to slim the waiting hour.

Too bad, the staff is very indifferent. I did not print the application form, and then I finished the form, asked him to help me to print, but he refused. I went outside to print it out in 5min, but he said I must to book another time. I was booking this time two month ago. It's reply hard to book. Now is no other booking time. The situation is very urgent. The staff just told me to go out. Incredibly bad. Left me deeply hurt.

If you come without the appointment from their system which really hard to get the available slot. They will not allow you to get in at all! I kept trying to book from May -June -July-aug and but I only got the available on SEP ! for my diploma finally. You have to well prepare for your docs to certify!

Terrible, not efficient, not friendly, bad automation, paper based. They work very short hours. You go there, guard tell you go out and read the poster outside. You do it to find you should book appointment due to PANDEMIC (although restrictions are already left). Appointments are rare, the website tells no appointments exist only after you spend long time filling every info. You're lucky with appointment, they won't serve you because you did not print the form that you already filled on their own website. Ok I'll print it, well no! once you are out you can't come in without appointment. TERRIBLE!!

Terrible as expected, you can tell easily once u go through all the comments below anyways, and now there are no appoitments or else, you have to send it by post and receive it by post, therefore the procedure that used to take a day or two now needs 3 weeks minimum to be done, for someone who doesn't live here like in my case, its not easy to be here for 3 weeks waiting for one paper, ridiculous!

This is a unique place, the people in charge (I cannot write her name, but you will recognize her immediately! Well organized, focused on what is going on per person, multitasking responses, and with a great personality!) is so helpful and they are fast regarding any document that you might need. Within 20 minutes I was done with what I came here for. Thank you guys, keep the good work always!

You have to wait for the slots in order to make an online appointment for the diploma’s apostile. I had to check all the time for a free place and I managed to find one. At the day of the appointment everything was very quick and smooth. But all the surprises awaited for me when I came to take my diploma back. The woman who received my certificate assured that I can come without an appointment before 9.00. The security doesn’t speak a single word in English. This is a Ministry of Foreign Affairs! A lot of foreign people come to solve their problems here! How they would solve even if one cannot step in and ask for help! The security kept saying: Internet! Booking? No? No! I tried to explain showing my appointment that I did come here, but now I just need to take my certificate back. But no! They kept pointing at the info page about the apostile. They literally kicked me off out of the building. I didn’t know what to do. It was very cold outside. After a while, I entered again to get warm. They pointed to the door and said: please wait there. “But it’s freezing outside! Can I just wait here please!” “No, go out!” Even I didn’t have internet to use google translator. The worst thing: I met that very woman who accepted my certificate. But to my astonishment she behaved very aggressively saying that I misunderstood and that I should’ve made an appointment! After an hour, an office worker came out to another guy to give his ready certificate. When I came to him, he: Oh, you should have said that you came just to take your certificate! Oh really???
