★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online fizetèssel pròbàltam megrendelni egy àrut, háromszor is pròbàlkoztam, de mindig lefagyott a rendszerük. ( helyes adatokat ìrtam be, működött a laptopom, internettel sem volt semmi baj, telekòdot nem is kèrtek tőlem) Ìrtam az ügyfèlszolgàlatnak, hogy ennek mi lehet az oka/utànvèttel lehet-e fizetni ebben az esetben, de ennek màr több napja ès semmi vàlasz. Csalòdott vagyok, mert a honlapon a termèkek szèpnek, igényesnek tűntek.
I tried to order a product online, I tried three times, but their system always crashed. (I entered the correct data, my laptop worked, there was nothing wrong with the internet, I wasn't even asked for a telecode) I wrote to the customer service about what could be the reason for this / whether it is possible to pay by cash on delivery in this case, but several days and no answer. . I am disappointed because the products on the website seemed nice and demanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon kedvesek, segítőkészek! Minőségi szép termékek, korrekt áron! A kártyás fizetés valóban nem működik jelenleg, de biztos kijavítják. Külön kérés volt, hogy adott napra bezárólag megérkezzen a termék szülinapra, és nagyon gyorsak voltak! A telefont mindig felveszik, az e-mailre gyors válasz jön.
Köszönet nekik! Csak ajánlani tudom! Én biztos, hogy egyedi ajándékot/terméket csak itt fogok venni! :)))
They are very kind, helpful! Quality beautiful products, fair prices! Card payment really doesn’t work right now, but it’s sure to be fixed. There was a special request for the product to arrive on the day of the birthday and they were very fast! The phone is always picked up, there is a quick response to the email.
