Érdeklődtünk, hogy a vásárolni kívánt 4 m-es faanyagot el tudják-e vágni, mert nem fér be az autóba, illetve nem is ekkora darab kell. Az eladó hölgy azt felelte, hogy meg tudja mutatni hol vannak a fűrészeik és vágjuk el mi. Gondolom amikor bemegy a fodrászhoz, akkor a fodrász megmutatja neki hol van az olló meg a hajsütő, hogy csinálja maga? Csak nyers deszkájuk van, semmi gyalult, ki is lettem oktatva, hogy nekem az még jobb is - én gyalultat szerettem volna venni. Ja és szegény nő úgy köhögött, hogy majd' megfulladt, persze levette a maszkot, nehogy azt köhögje tele. Nem vettünk semmit inkább. Today we visited ERDÉRT at the Budakeszi site. It was a pity. A kiszolgálás rendben van, néha nagyon kedves eladót fogok ki, ritkán kicsit nyersebbet, de ez még belefér. A kérdéseimet meg tudják válaszolni, és a kéréseimet is teljesítik, ha megoldhatóak. Régebben egyszer volt egy reklamációm, (félre-kommunikálás miatt), végül azt is meg tudtuk kulturáltan oldani. A kapunál álló biztonsági őr is mindig kedves, köszön. The service is okay, sometimes I get a very nice seller, rarely a little raw, but it still fits. They can answer my questions and also fulfill my requests if they can be resolved. I used to have a complaint once (because of misinterpretation), and in the end we were able to resolve it in a cultured way. The security guard at the gate is always nice, too.
D	Dániel Gubicza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ez egy hulladék cég pont. Novemberben kerestem meg őket asztallap gyártására, kaptam árajánlatot amit el is fogadtam. Decemberben már gondoltam jó lenne elhozni, de mikor hívtam őket kiderült hogy elveszett az E-MAIL-es megrendelés, de nem soká küldenek új árajánlatot (?). Most február közepe van és semmi válasz. Senkinek se ajánlom, mikor beszéltem velük telefonon kb még én voltam hibás, arrogáns tudatlan banda. This is a waste company point. I contacted them in November to make a table top, I received a quote which I accepted. In December I already thought it would be good to bring it, but when I called them it turned out that I had lost my E-MAIL order, but it wasn’t long before they sent me a new quote (?). It is mid-February now and there is no answer. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone when I talked to them on the phone about even I was a faulty, arrogant ignorant gang.

A	A J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szánalmas és rettenetes cég!!! Senkinek sem ajánlom!!!! Rendeltem 180eFt értékben fát. Másnap kihozták, kicsomagolás után egy nagy része törött, brutálisan csavarodott deszkák.. Másnap veszem a fáradságot, vissza viszem hogy legyenek kedvesek kicserélni egyenes, ép állapotúakra. Nem akarták kicserélni, mérhetetlenül bunkók voltak, mondván kell az eredeti számla nekik, (ami már a könyvelőnél van) nem jó a scanelt, és az sem jó hogy ők keresik ki az előző napi számlák közül.. ha akarom keressek én a telepen olyat ami nem Csavarodott, aztán majd én pakoljam is vissza a vissza hozott fát.. ?? Ennél a pontnál mert sírva röhögtem kínomban!! Hozzáállás minősíthetetlen annak ellenére hogy rám sózták a rossz minőségű selejt anyagot!! A pathetic and terrible company !!! Viszont a közelben parkoltunk, ahonnét indult az erdei út a Budakeszi öreg bányához, ami egy csendes és békes kiránduló célpont lehet, ahová érdemes elsétálni :-) I do not know how this place was because we did not go here ... But we parked in the vicinity from where the forest road to the old mine of Budakeszi started, which is a quiet and peaceful hiking destination, where you should walk :-)
