I	Ildikó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finom teák, nagy választékban. Kiegészítők az igényes teafogyasztáshoz. Az eladó kedvességével és segítőkészségével nem serkenti a kezdő teafogyasztók vásárlási kedvét. A vásárolt tea finom, az ára jelzi a minőséget. Delicious teas, large selection. Accessories for demanding tea consumption. The kindness and helpfulness of the seller does not stimulate the desire of novice tea consumers to buy. The tea bought is delicious, the price indicates the quality.

Ezen felül figyelmetlenek is,kétszer kell elmondani mit szeretnél, ha kérdezel, úgy néznek rád mint a véres rongyra. Ez még hagyján, de ha már ott hagyok közel 10.000 Ft-ot, a minimum, hogy legalább a csomagolásra figyelhetnének hogy ne szóródjon ki a tea, mire hazaérek alig 10 perc alatt. Inkább csalódás, mintsem élmény volt. The atmosphere and supply is good, it’s in a good place too, but the phlegm jerk that sellers produce is pretty much downgrading the quality. In addition, they are inattentive, you have to say twice what you want, if you ask, they look at you like a bloody rag. It's still left, but if I leave almost 10,000 HUF there, the minimum is that they can at least pay attention to the packaging so that the tea doesn't scatter by the time I get home in just 10 minutes. It was more of a disappointment than an experience.
A	Andrea Rácz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy kedves üzlet, egy egyáltalán nem kedves eladóval. Csak készpénzt fogadnak el, ami nálam erősen rontja az ügyfélélményt. A tea finom, de máshol is lehet kapni. A nice deal with a not-so-nice seller at all. They only accept cash, which greatly degrades the customer experience for me. The tea is delicious, but can be obtained elsewhere.

Hatalmas csalódás! None of the sellers are wearing masks! ? Card payment is not possible and this is communicated in a phlegm style, offended, as if I had asked them for a huge favor. Soha többé nem térek be ide, pedig fontolgattam egy teáskészlet vásárlását. Javaslom a tuljadonosnak a személyzet betrénelését, illetve kedves hölgyem, amennyiben nem tudja elsajátitani a vásárlókkal való udvarias bánásmódot, menjen olyan helyre dolgozni, ahol nem kell emberekkel foglalkoznia. It was a great disappointment to see that after spending a small fortune, the seller answered our simple question, jerk. I will never come here again, even though I was considering buying a tea set. I recommend the owner to train the staff, or my dear lady, if you can’t master the courteous treatment of your customers, go to a place where you don’t have to deal with people.

Adjam meg az email címem így majd elvisz a link a sipl-payre. Kedves tulajdonos, kérem a terminál telepítését a 21. században élünk. Azt hiszem ennyit megérdemel a vevő, hogy ha már elmegy az üzletbe akkor kényelmesen fizethessen. Tisztelettel, csak remélem nem kapok kéretlen emaileket Önöktől. It's just 3 stars because there's nothing wrong with tea. What is a small problem, however, is that after sorting, I am told that I cannot pay directly by card. They offer not only wide range of teas but all kind of accessories are available to assist the everyday consumption of this traditional and healthy drink. As improvement of the service I would suggest to introduce card payment which is a must in modern commerce.
