The cashier made up a story that the system was unavailable to not help me out with a transfer while my friend did the same procedure with the other cashier. The tall slim blonde women working at the cashier didn’t want to help me because she was almost finishing her shift. She shouted, punched the table, and sweared a lot in Hungarian. Horrible experience!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend someone for opening SZEP card if you're foreigner, because of poor service. In case of call center - there are very few normally English-speaking managers, in case of emails - there's no answer at all.
I've been waiting for my SZEP card during 5 months (!) and still I didn't receive any answer or apologies for that. If you would ever try to fill out a complaint in English via telephone, you would never accomplish that because this option in their telephone menu not selectable at all :) however it exists.
I'm so frustrated, but unfortunately there's nothing that I could do with it. Sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 hour waiting to make a simple deposit, and there was only 3 people in the line. I asked for help an this man didn't check if there was any problem with my number, he just said to wait. They are not helpful.

It's a joke so far.
Been here for over 30 minutes. Hasn't gotten called. Saw multiple staff members just chatting away, walking by in twos. Also saw multiple staff members typing away on their phones only took a pic of one (if they were working, they'd be on their computers, right?).
Very unprofessional. Slow.
