V	Vinkó Ákos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fiók elköltözött a Hermina út / Thököly út sarkára egy új épületbe. Hatalmas betükkel ki van irva, hogy MKB, szóval könnyű megtalálni. A google térkép sajnos még rossz helyen jelöli. De pl a helyszinen is ki van függesztve egy lap hogy elkóltözött. Nekem eddig csak pozitiv élményeim voltak ezzel a bankkal kapcsolatban. The branch moved Hermina road / Thököly heels of a new building. It is written in huge letters that MKB's so easy to find. Unfortunately google map also indicates the wrong place. But is such a spot is moved to a sheet suspended. I have had only positive experiences so far in connection with the bank.
B	Balazs Konig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amióta Lölöke átvette, egy kész katasztrófa ez a bank. Az IT-jük színvonala a bányászbéka feneke alatt van. Minden egyes nappal egyre rosszabb, és nemhogy nem fejlődnek, hanem egyenesen visszafelé fejlődnek a szolgáltatásaik. Ennek a banknak a központjában valószínűleg visszaálltak a kockás füzet használatára! Vissza a kőkorba! Egy éve nem használtam a TeleBankÁr-t, ezért lejárt a jelszó... Mivan?!?! Nem véletlenül nem használom - online intéznék mindent, ugyanis az MKB Bankkal ellentétben a világ többi része a 21. szd.-ban él! A TeleBankÁr-t szökőévente egyszer használnám, amikor nagyon muszáj - és nem, nem szeretnék előtte személyesen bankfiókba fáradni, új kód igénylése érdekében!!! Ever since Lölöke took over, it’s a ready-made disaster for this bank. The standard of their IT is below the bottom of the mining frog. It’s getting worse every day, and not only are their services evolving, they’re evolving straight back. At the headquarters of this bank, they have probably reverted to using the checkered booklet! Back to the Stone Age! I haven't used TeleBank PRICE for a year, so the password has expired ... What?!?! I don't accidentally use it - I would do everything online, because unlike MKB Bank, the rest of the world lives in the 21st century! I would use TeleBankÁr once every leap year, when I really have to - and no, I don't want to go to a bank branch in person to request a new code !!!

T	Toma Stefan Savu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nightmare what is going on there. The average waiting time to solve your problem is about one hour. They issue a waiting number but some people must wait a lot and other just get to the counter right away, God knows by which rules. It might come in handy to have a bottle of water and a sandwich when you get in this bank.
P	Petra Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch doesn´t exist, I was going to 3 branches and all were closed (first to Thököly/Hungaria street, then to the central MKB office in Kassai Lajos, here the employees send me to West end center). It is like the whole country works. Shame on Hungary.
