Relatively short waiting time and I always managed to catch a normal clerk :) The entrance is blocked. The layout is a bit confusing.
B	Beatrix Szabó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Babaváró hitellel kapcsolatban mentünk a bankba és sajnos Takács Vivien ügyintézőhöz kerültünk, aki GO-jóljáró csomagot csinált nekünk, mondván ez kell a babaváró hitelhez,pedig egyáltalán nem ez kellett volna. Emellett nem tájékoztatott minket,hogy a csomaghoz jár 2 hitelkeret, de nem kötelező és mi nem szerettük volna, de így most 20 000 Ft-ba kerül lemondanunk. A babaváró hitelhez viszont nem értett,így egy kolléganőjükhöz adott időpontot,de nem szólt,hogy az adott Munkáltatói igazolás nem jó hozzá,ezért feleslegesen mentünk a kapott időpontra, mellesleg a kolléganője tájékoztatott,hogy még 2 papírra is szükség lenne hozzá. Többet nem szándékozok semmilyen ügyet intézni ennél a fióknál, inkább megyek a ceglédi fiókba,ahol értik is a munkájukat. I do not intend to take any further action at this branch, I would rather go to the branch in Cegléd, where they also understand their work.
I	István Illés-Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy kicsit lehetne hosszabb a nyitvatartás, de legalább a kamatok jók náluk. Foglalkoznak az ügyféllel, és nem egy begyepesedett banda mint az Otp-nél. The opening hours could be a little longer, but at least the interest rates are good for them. They deal with the customer and not a tangled band like Otp.
