Amikor pár nap múlva jött a készülék, a futár mondja, hogy utánvét van a csomagon. Én magyaráztam, hogy már előre ki lett fizetve, de ő nem tudott semmit tenni, ezért nem vettem át a csomagot. Azonnal hívtam a céget, de a szám üzenetrögzítőre kapcsolt (ekkor volt bennem egy kis félsz, hogy talán ez is olyan "átverős" online bolt). Körülbelül 10 másodperc (!) múlva csörgött a telefonom: visszahívott egy úr a cégtől. Mondom neki, mi történt. Sűrű exkuzálások után mondja, hogy azonnal intézkedik. És tényleg! Szerencsétlen futár nem ért el a falu széléig, fordulhatott vissza a telefonnal. Nagyon köszönöm az úrnak a gyors reagálást! Vásárlói panaszkezelésből csillagos ötös! Csak ajánlani tudom a cégét! It happened that we ordered a phone from this company over the internet. We paid for the phone by credit card in advance online. When the device arrived a few days later, the courier says that there was a cash on delivery package. I explained that he had been paid in advance, but he couldn't do anything, so I didn't take over the package. I called the company right away, but the number switched to an answering machine (I was a little scared at the time that this might be a "hoax" online shop). About 10 seconds later (!) My phone rang: a gentleman called me back from the company. I'll tell her what happened. After frequent excuses, he says he will take immediate action. And really!
