★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quickest service i ever had. You can pay on-site with cash or card with paying machines, with no waiting in line, then you will be quickly served based on the ticket you received. Fast and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an 55 inch oled tv for half a million forint and after 3 weeks there was a big vertical line (dead pixel) in the middle of the tv, alza will not take it back, i have to take the tv to the shop and wait for 30 days for a fix, when i ask what am I gonna do for a month without a TV they just shrug it off and say that's all they can do and they can't replace it or return my money, absolute worst experience and terrible customer service, once you buy anything don't expect any help even if you have warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an item that was indicated as "in stock" also paid for their so called "Fast and Accurate Delivery". This fast and accurate delivery took them 9 days to deliver me... No, not an item, just a message that item is not in stock. Unbelievable awful service. I just hope that I will receive my money back (at least in this century). I do not recommend this store to anyone who appreciate their time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great online store that happens to have a brick and mortar facility as well where you can pick up your online orders, drop off damaged or broken merchandise and handle warranty issues, replacements, etc. In store shopping is also available. A lot of the processes are computerized and touch screen help you navigate them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is how a modern, user friendly shop look like. Order the goods on their web shop, then after you received the acknowledged email, go to the shop to pick them up. Under the building you can park with your car, it is free for an hour. Then in the shop you can pay the items with automate machines, then after a short wait you will get your orders at the counters. You can spend that short period of time at a large, modern lobby, or you can drink a really good Cafe if you wish. Everything goes very smoothly. Congrats for this business!
