Bár a telefont gyakran kinyomják, 4 hívásból háromszor, ami persze lehet, hogy a vevők miatt van, így inkább bementem mint, hogy rendeljek, de azt nem bántam meg. Professional, prepared, helpful sellers, very well equipped shop. Although the phone is often pushed out, three times out of 4 calls, which of course may be because of the customers, so I’d rather go in than order it, but I didn’t regret it.

R	Rob K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place at all cost. The staff is helpful till you give them your money. Should you have any problems with the product however, they will make you wait, lie about repairs, give it back to you faulty.

They have a large inventory so the shop is a bit cramped, but they have a pretty good website where you can order everything they sell online. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even swapped out one of my broken model railway switches for a new one. Modell & Hobby is a great hobbyshop.
T	TheDogeBork TheDogeBork on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in a model plane with the electronics that i purchased from them, since the controller they sold me started glitching after a few days, and the staff didn’t know anything about the problem, and they ended up grinding the motor into the table on full power. After the plane was broken in half, and the motor was severely scratched with its propeller broken, they told me that the battery was blown, even though I never used it, and that I need to buy a 20 000ft, terrible price-to-product ratio controller. Due to the fact, that my plane was ruined and my motor was fried, I would of had to pay at least $150 in repair costs, and a few days putting the plane back together. It’s overpriced, the staff have no idea about RC vehicles, and they are not at all helpful in the process.
