Sajnos az ügyfélszolgálatuk elég gyenge - 5-10 perc átlagosan mire felveszik a telefont és volt már velem, hogy meghibásodás miatt fizetnem kellett olyanért, amiről nem nagyon tehettem. Szerencsére ritkán van vele baj, de olyankor sajni nem ügyfélcentrikus és egy olyan szolgáltatásnál, ahol 30 percután fizetsz nem okés, hogy ilyen lassú a reakcióidő és nem is térítenek vissza semmit. Mondjuk a regisztrációkor kapsz egy keretösszeget, ami ilyen esetben le tud vonódni... *Hozzátenném, hogy utólag panaszkodtam még és visszautalták a levont összeget. Ez így korrekt.
