Ez jellemzi ezt a helyet, attol fuggetlenul, hogy maganklinika,fizetos hely. azt a benyomast kelti, mintha a mult rendszer durva dolgozoival talalkozna az ember ujra, ezuttal sajat koltsegere. Remalom a hely. Unbehaving behavior from health care workers, rude, SERTO I talk, I am unfriendly, I work UNDOK .. A felvétel minősége vonatkozásában az orvosom elégedett volt. I can only recommend them! I soon got a date and I didn't have to wait on the spot. They were nice. I was properly informed about everything. My doctor was satisfied with the quality of the recording.
V	Viktoria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szimpatikus volt a hely, hát kértem időpontot vizsgálatra. Az emailben visszaírták, hogy pár órán belül felveszik velem a kapcsolatot. Nem történt meg, több alkalommal próbáltam őket elérni telefonon is, semmi válasz. Míg végül válaszoltak mailben, de tele helyesírási hibával és elgépeléssel, meg amúgy közölték, hogy majd telefonáljak egy másik napon, hogy lesz-e rendelés: "Elnézést a késedeleméet. A vizsgálatal kapcsolatban ha 17-én vasárnap indul redelés akkor arra anapra tudunk térd vizsgálatra idöponrot adni, emiatt kb csütortokon telefonáljon, addigra valószinüleg kiderül, hogy lesz e vasárnap rendelés. Ha nem akkor már csak márciusra tudnánk adni, de az még nemm ismert, higy mikorra." Nagyon komolytalannak tűnnek így. Én megértem, hogy esetleg elfoglaltak, túl vannak terhelve, de ez semmi más, mint egy kis igényesség... Így nem küldünk el egy üzenetet egy ügyfélnek sem, nagyjából 1 perccel vett volna több időt igénybe ez a dolog, ha szépen meg van írva az üzenet. :) Egy másik helyet is felkerestem, másnap telefonon felhívtak az adott helyről, 5 percen keresztül tájékoztattak a vizsgálat minden tudnivalójáról, tényleg mindenre kitérve, nagyon kedvesen, ráadásul pár napon belül tudok is menni. Na, ennek ez lenne a módja. :) The place was sympathetic, so I asked for a date for examination. I was emailed to the email asking me to contact me within hours. Hiába az ultramodern MR gép ha olyan orvos értékeli ki, aki emelt hangon, lekezelő stílussal beszél a betegekkel. Annak ellenére hogy a szolgáltatás fizetős, és a hirdetésük szerint, konzultáció kérhető, a doktornő zokon vette hogy tájékoztatást szeretnénk a lelettel kapcsolatban, hiszen szerinte a lényeget odaírták a végére hogy: Neurológiai szakvizsgálat javasolt! Szavamba vágva, miszerint Őt nem érdekli mit mondtak a bejelentkezésnél, mert Ő az orvos és Ő tudja, nem érdekli az sem hogy fizetős szolgáltatás vagy sem, menjünk a neurológushoz majd az elmondja mi a teendő. Letettem arról hogy az istenkomlexusos doktornőből kiszedjünk bármilyen információt a vizsgálattal vagy a lelettel kapcsolatban, így mondtam hogy akkor fizetünk és megyünk, mire a válasza az volt hogy: Helyes, tegyenek így! Óva intek mindenkit hogy nehogy ÍGY kelljen tenniük! Akinek pedig van hatásköre hogy változtasson a helyzeten, remélem építő jellegű kritikát írtam.(akinél fizetni kellett Ő tanúja volt az esetnek. Időpontunk: 2020 Febr. 29.-én 12.40 volt.) We had a disappointing experience. The teasing tone from the doctor, the others were nice. Hogy lehet bejutni ide FIZETŐS vizsgálatra???? Why is it not possible to access MRI-Med by phone or e-mail ??? Phone cannot be switched, e-mails are not answered !! How do I get here for a PAID test ????
