Nem véletlen az a sok negatív értékelés...
2 csillagot is csak azért érdemel, mert akad itt egy-két segítőkész, rendes, türelmes ember, aki tud normálisan is beszélni.
De sajnos több az öntelt, beképzelt, türelmetlen, lekezelő ember.
One goes into this place calmly, cheerfully, and has to come out with the nerve apart .... They talk to the man as if he is mentally handicapped and deaf!
