★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible atmosphere (dead plants, chipping wall paint) poorly maintained, dirty floor. Cakes were dry, stuff was slow. If anything you might sit in the terrasse butvi wouldn't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cakes and coffee were great. Toilet fee is bit rediclous.Instead of coupons they could have solved it with some code.
15% service charge for Hungary is also not right. If you charge 15% you sholud provide an outstanding service.. in our case it was just ok. In the US 20% is a service worth paying as the service is great..While that is the standard in the US in hungary once you place such a high default service charge employees are not always motivated as they will get their tip eitherway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not suggesting to choose early mornings for your visit, unless you want to eat leftover cakes from the previous days or put up with unpleasant staff. Coffee was also quite poor, but probably ok with a lot of milk and sugar :)

Seating outside and some in
The cakes looked good but did not try as just had breakfast
Service is limited - you need to go into the cafe and order - no table service
Nice little place to pass a little time when here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute and cozy Café in the beautiful village of Szentendre. Funnily enough they charge a service charge for 'each' item you purchase. Under each item there is a seperate service charge which you will see on the bill. Coffee was nice but cake was extremely sweet. Service was average.
