★ ★ ★ ★ ★ December 27.én rendeltem egy motoremelő állványt, kaptam is róla automatikus üzenetet.
Majd január 6.án irtam emailt hogy le szeretném mondani a rendelést mert sem határidőt, sem egy "feldolgozás folyamatban, a kért termék nincs raktáron" pedig jelzett készletet a weboldal, vagy hasonló emailt sem kaptam. Most január 18.án kaptam emailt hogy a posta hozza a csomagot.
Természetesen nem fogom átvenni.
Sajnos ennyire csalódott rég voltam egy rendelés kapcsán. Kommunikácio 0. Ügyfélkezelés szintén.
On December 27, I ordered an engine lift stand and received an automatic message about it.
Then on January 6th I wrote an email that I would like to cancel the order because I did not receive a deadline or a "processing in progress, the requested product is not in stock" indicated stock on the website or a similar email. Now on January 18th I received an email that the post office would bring the package.
Of course I won't take over.
Unfortunately, I was so disappointed a long time ago with an order. Communication 0. Customer management also.
