B	Bench De on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only immigration office i went that most of the staff aren't speaking english and they are not approachable. knowing its immigration office it should be mandatory for them to hire someone who can speak the universal language. The only approachable person is the one giving the number and also he is fluent in english.

M	Maxwell Harris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disorganised archaic system. Person giving out numbers is rude and unhelpful. Phone is ringing all the time and nobody even cares. Clerk of the IMMIGRATION OFFICE cannot speak english (???). It's actually a joke.

The queue is not even that long, but in the four hours I spent waiting I noticed how it takes 30-50 minutes to just get the biometrics ( the reason I came), and there are apparently only 1-2 windows open for that simultaneously. When I came in, there were 17 people in front of me. So if you come by 11, don’t expect to get out before 5. The boredom is infuriating and the whole experience is just an absurd and annoying endurance test

S	Samira Sh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was there and I had two different experience from there but wanna share just the good one to spread good vibes,the lady who is sitting on counter 12,was really nice and helpful, I wasn't her customer but she tried to help me a lot, she was really patient with perfect mentality , a word of thanks is not enough for her good behavior.Wish her all the best.(unfortunately I didnt ask her name)

Drawbacks are it takes a minimum of 4 hours of waiting to get there so free up for entire day before getting here. They give preference to the triple digit numbers with just 2-3 desks (out of 18) serving the double digit numbers. So even if you’ve been waiting for several hours and someone who just walked in got a triple digit number they will get serviced before you. About 30 min before their closing time all the desks switch to servicing the double digits. So it’s better to go in the later half of the day since the numbers are moving up faster. Went to get address card updated.

Thanks! P.S I heard the guy working there saying that this office is only for Work permits and other documents but NOT for students. Not sure tho.
