Még novemberben fizettem ki a teljes összeget nyílászáró cserére, de még mindig hiányoznak szegélylécek, amiket rosszul mértek fel (bár azóta már kérszer jöttek vissza felhelyezni őket, de harmadszorra is kell). Kértem pár dolgot, ami az eredeti megrendelésből kimaradt, mint könyöklő, amire több teljesen szürreális árajánlatokat kaptam, legutóbb azokkal a szegélylécekkel együtt, amikét már kifizettem. Emailekre nagyon ritkán válaszolnak, a telefont sem mindig veszi fel a kapcsolattartó, november végén kezdődött a beépítés, ki tudja mikor teszünk pontot az ügy végére.
Communication is very difficult, delays are constant. I still paid the full amount in November for the replacement of the doors and windows, but there are still missing skirting boards that have been poorly measured (although they have come back to put them back a lot since then, but they have to for the third time). I asked for a few things that were left out of the original order as an armrest, for which I received several completely surreal quotes, most recently along with the skirting boards I had already paid for. Emails are very rarely answered, the phone is not always picked up by the contact person, the installation started at the end of November, who knows when we will put an end to the case.
