I find it so outrageous that in a bus station with an international exit there is only one toilet and you are charged for entering!

Люди в очереди подсказали, что с билетами, купленным в кассе, пассажиры заходят первыми, затем те, кто платит на месте (водителю - только наличными). Водитель помог убрать-достать чемодан. Из минусов - бомжики и попрошайки:) Convenient station, everything is logical, there are signs, you can even figure out the minimum level of knowledge of the language. People in the queue suggested that with tickets purchased at the box office, passengers would come in first, then those who pay on the spot (the driver should be paid in cash only). The driver helped to clean-get the suitcase. Of the minuses - homeless people and beggars :)

K	Krzysztof Gradoń on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bus Station is great, but... restroom are open only in daytime. No toilets in the entire building after 10 PM. Total paranoia in a place like this!
A	Anthony Chelf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We attempted to purchase tickets out of one of these. It ate our money and did not give us tickets. An employee watched us the whole time and just basically closed us out of it, tapped idiotically, and then proceeded to shrug. He pointed to a phone number that doesn't work so that was not helpful. I told him it didn't work and he just shrugged again. One of his coworkers came over and proceeded to do the same thing. We then, on our own, found an information center. They seemed helpful at first, we lodged a complaint, they made it seem like we would be taken care of and be on our way. They even said 10 minutes to do something with the machine. 30 minutes later and they gave us a copy of our complaint saying an investigation would be launched within 30 days. We will be out of the country in 2 weeks. I have the smallest amount of confidence anything will be done about this and that my money will be returned.
