★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bus station could be the worst bus station that I have ever seen. They close the station at 23.30 and they opened it back it 04.30 AM. Even you have a bus at 4 am as me you have to wait for 04.30 to get inside of the station. Don't even think about waiting inside of the station if your bus is at late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The left-luggage lockers on the ground floor cost 600/800 per small/large locker per 24 hours. However, they are always fully occupied, and some of them are out of order!

The worst staff members I have EVER met! I went to ask details about the taxi station and the two men at the info desk were just rude, they were using their phones and almost they didn't reply back to our questions.
in addition, the lady at the toilets didnt want to help when we asked to pay in euros to use the toilet. she ignored us and continued with the next customers who had hungarian currency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean but lockers are faulty. Tried 3 times before getting the coins in. Wasted HUF 1,000 because the coins are stuck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was pretty easy to get to, find my bus. The place is pretty clean and the waiting is equipped with lots of seats so you don't have to wait while standing. Had my flixbus going to Vienna here and the staffed helped me find the correct bus.
