★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The usual interior and choice of capsules. Staff could have been more friendly and helpful. The lady at the bar did try to make conversation, which I really appreciated. Although the ice coffee with coconut and pineapple syrup was a let down, watery!

I wanted to try a new coffee and the girl at the bar was nice but not really as Nespresso style!
After that, I wanted to buy a box and I approaced a blond girl at the desk and I provided my Nespresso card, and guess what, once I asked my coffee box, she was very rude, no smiling and plus she slammed my card couple of times on the desk!
Nespresso should trained the staff again here!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly this shop fails to deliver the "Nespresso Experience", the assistants are rushing and once or twice they were also quite condescending, making the customers feel quite undervalued and insignificant.
I think you should make the extra effort to treat customers with a bit more respect and maybe even throw in a "how are you?" a small thing but it would change the fact that in the Spar downstairs I felt more welcome than in here.
Honestly it's nicer to order online, at least the website says "thank you for your purchase".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dear Managment just look at the spoon, it looks like never cleaned, which isn't true all what is needed some shine of the spoons which it is really easy to do that = some vinagre and lemon. And please teach to the team to smile it is important for customers.
