TV Stand. Very bad, shoddy, quality, I do not recommend to anyone. How can a product be sent to the customer with such errors? Can’t you see the packaging that it’s below criticism quality? There were not many pieces of furniture in the package that would have been flawless. When it came to assembly, it was already clear that this was not the product I would confidently recommend to anyone. They will not respond to email for days. (not to this day).

I do NOT recommend ordering to anyone !! We also referred the price of the products in advance. They have not been returned for several weeks, the return of the packages and they cannot handle anything at all. DO NOT ORDER HERE !!!!!!!

Very, very poor quality! We ordered a round raw mango table from the shopon, but a vidaxl product came. This is a minor concern. The table and legs can be doubled for industrial apprentice quality. The packaging is torn, weak in both cases, about 20 screws missing, fastening lugs broken, etc. Hobby carpentry knowledge was required for repairs to be put together at all. Never.

The product website contains incomplete assembly information and the assembly instructions in the product box were incomplete. The quality of the product is terribly poor. Customer service, on the other hand, responds quickly, but I wouldn’t call them customer-centric.

I do not recommend the company to anyone. Transport organization is simply unclassifiable. The promised delivery times for the products are not kept and it is almost impossible to track or request information. The screws were missing from the package, the replacement would have been 3 weeks. That’s why I got my money back, but they can’t arrange the delivery of the product either. I’ve been waiting a week for the courier service to pick up the packages, but they don’t even know when that will happen. Of course, the willingness and willingness to provide assistance is 0. All responsibilities are transferred to the courier service and they are also referred to them in the event of a complaint. Although I have no contractual relationship with the shipping company. Of course, I can also wait for my money. I forwarded my complaints to consumer protection.

Unfortunately, you can't give 0 stars, it says it all. In practice, they sell products that are paid for by the customer that they do NOT have. They label products "in stock" without even knowing which part of the world they will order from. Then either it is or it is not. And the buyer has already paid. One of the three lamps, the cheapest, was delivered disassembled, incomplete, without internal protective packaging. The other, more expensive lamps disappeared into the ether. I waited for about 5 weeks, wrote to them, tried to call. An automatic voice promises to hang up and then call you back. They never answered, they didn't call me back. I didn’t get any information on where my lights are and my money. After countless attempts, a lady picked up the phone once and told me that my order hadn’t arrived and she had no idea when I would get it. That’s when I canceled the order and got my money back. They called me a few days later to have good news, my order has arrived. I didn't demand it. I will never order anything from here again, and I have warned all my friends about it. It's all very dark. Time and waste. The only product is the lousy, shoddy I got. I think they're buying scrap from China.

I do NOT recommend either the store or its products. We ordered more shelves, unfortunately we paid in advance. We wanted to send back the 82 thousand forint furniture consisting of scrap, damaged, broken shelves, but we also had to wait a long time to return it, and then even more to repay the money. Due to the poor quality, as well as the fact that the delivery time of the other shelves that were still pending was a lot delayed, the additional packages were canceled. Although the cancellation was acknowledged, the amount paid (an additional HUF 74,000) was not refunded and the furniture was all sent out in turn, despite the withdrawal. Even one month after the expiration of the original commitment period, and two and a half weeks after the withdrawal, we received a canceled product. Of course, we did not pick up the furniture sent in error, the courier took it back, but we had to wait another week to get the money back. The company only reimbursed us for its debt after several correspondence, requests, promises, phone calls, and finally a report. Customer service work is under criticism. They give an answer, but they do not take action. An unreliable, seemingly dangerous company, so I don’t recommend it to anyone. If you order from them, don't pay in advance, otherwise you will have a lot of nervousness and time-consuming administration.
