Adatlap kitölt, fénykép ráragaszt, eljárási díj(9900-ft) befizet.
Eltelik kb 10 nap semmi....
Telefonálok, kapcsolnak, várok kapcsolnak Budapest az illetékes osztály felveszi, majd tájékoztat, hogy nincs bent a rendszerben a nevem!!!!!!
Kiderült Kaposváron a minisztérium címét adták meg ahová a dokumentumot küldeni kell, nem pedig a KAV Budapesti Központját, ahol valóban ezzel foglalkoznak.
Botrányos ügyintézés!!!!
I exchanged GKI cards due to category expansion at them.
Fill in the form, attach a photo, pay the procedure fee (9900-ft).
It takes about 10 days for nothing ....
I call, they switch, I wait, they call Budapest is picked up by the competent department, and then I inform you that my name is not in the system !!!!!!
It turned out that in Kaposvár the address of the ministry to which the document should be sent was given, not the Budapest Center of KAV, where it is really dealt with.
Scandalous administration !!!!
