M	Mónika Bán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddig se volt olyan sok hajam, de ezek után még kevesebb lett. A hajam azóta hullik és rommá lett törve. Rá kb 1 hétre mehettem másik fodrászhoz, hogy helyrehozza a roncsolást és a színt. I didn't have that much hair before, but after that I got less. My hair has since fallen and been broken. It took me about 1 week to go to another hairdresser to repair the coloring and destruction.

Kriszti 1. alkalommal megfestette nekem az álom szőkét. Csodálatos munkát végzett, precíz, gyors és nagyon kedves. Egy élmény volt! ☺️ I've been to a lot of hairdressers, I've left a lot of money in very famous salons for nothing ... Then I found the Noir_hair salon. For the first time, Kriszti painted a dream blonde for me. He did a wonderful job, precise, fast and very kind. It was a pleasure! ☺️
h	henrietta gecse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Múlthétre egyeztettünk időpontot, először hétfő 11:00 órára, majd jelezte a fodrász 9 óra körül, hogy neki nem lesz még sem jó, csak egy későbbi időpont, ami sajnos már nekem nem volt megfelelő, így a csütörtök 10:00órát beszéltük meg. Az időpont előtt 5 perccel értem oda, de még 10:30kor sem volt ott senki, csak a zárt, sötét szalon várt. Hiába írtam, hiába hívtam a megadott telefonszámot, nem vette fel, választ nem kaptam, így megunva a várakozást a hidegben, elmentem. Kétszer vettem ki fél nap szabadságot a munkahelyemen ezért..az illető azóta sem hívott, nem keresett, ellenben képet töltött fel azóta a facebook oldalára. Nagyon csalódott vagyok, mivel a képek alapján szépen dolgozik, sokat keresgéltem jó fodrász után.. Hát lehet, hogy fodrásznak jó, de emberségből megbukott.. Olvastam itt korábban egy értékelést hasonló esetről, de azt gondoltam, hogy a vendég is hibázhat, valamit benézett.. de ezek szerint volt alapja annak is. Last week we agreed on a date, first Monday at 11:00, and then the hairdresser said around 9 pm that he would not be good, but a later date, which unfortunately was not right for me, so we talked about Thursday at 10:00. I got there 5 minutes before the time, but even at 10:30 no one was there except for the closed, dark salon. In vain I wrote, in vain I called the given phone number, did not answer, did not receive a response, so tired of waiting in the cold, I went. Twice I took half a day off at my workplace for that reason..the person hasn't called or searched since then, but since then I've uploaded a picture to facebook. I'm really disappointed with the pictures working fine, I searched a lot for a good hairdresser .. Well it might be good for a hairdresser, but it fell out of humanity .. I read earlier a review on a similar case but I thought the guest might be .. but that was the basis for it.

V	Veronika Viktória Mályi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled the booked appointment just 50 minutes before, 'due to sickness', offering no replacement person or appointment. When I (!) asked for it got offered an appointment at the end of the day which was totally not convenient and I don't know who would have done it as the hairdresser was sick. Not professional attitude.
M	Mandana Solhjoo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you respect yourself and your schadual never go here, this lady how ever is good in doing blonde hair but dosnt have any sense of respect to her costomers, to me informing this issue to you is like my responsibility bcs first time I went to her salon even though that time also she was late, but she asked me to if I am happy with my hair give her star and write it as recommendation in google review ( she told stories about some people who write bad reviews with lies and bcs of jealousy ) so as I was happy with my hair color I made it as a favor to her and also share my good experience with the color with other people here, but several times by the time happened that I made appointment and she cancelled it changed it, or even last time gave me apointment for Tuesday then on Tuesday when I arrived to the salon she said her assistant (which I don't know if she even has an assistant or no ) made the appointment wrongly... She doesn't know how to keep her costumers, and at the end when I showed my anger bcs she ruined my schadual, she said go and find another hair dresser for your high expectation!!! So be aware that to her respecting people time is considering high expectation !

She has absolutely no respect to customers and very arrogant. There is no sense of kindness or doing business whatsoever. Extremely disappointed with her customer service.
