They made me wait half an hour, refused to speak to me because I "only" speak Deutsch and English, only after being Rude too they called someone who could answer me: "I don't know" "we don't do that" "no",... I then took a €130 cab to Budapest, should have done it without wasting time.
S	Sebastian Bierfeldt Liptak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience I ever had - came in with my 2,5y old son with 41.6 degrees fever and he was passed out in my arms - they did NOTHING (and kept smoking) but said the doctor was on house call so I ran up to the ER and the refused to help as we were foreigners... This place and the people working here doesn’t deserve to exist on this planet
J	Jessica-Jade Cottle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a traumatic experience unfortunately I ended up here last summer, I was then traumatised even further by this hospital and its lack of care from staff, poor attempt at communication and the approach to patients - I felt alone, the staff wouldn't allow me to contact the embassy nor use a phone, evidence washed off me, 1 cup of water and piece of bread in 2days, €480 charge for release even though the cast applied was so bad when I got back to England it was removed immediately as doing more damage. I was also wheelchair bound but they couldn't assist with crutches or chair to even hire after leaving premises. I wouldn't wish a visit upon anyone.

They took me and my partner to the right part of the hospital, saw me quickly and looked after me well. It seemed like they really cared. Thank you so much, me and my partner were so incredibly grateful for your help.
I	Ip Engineer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treat your loved ones like an animal and even after major surgery don’t look after you or monitor your painkillers so you end up missing some and being left to suffer in agony. This kind of thing should not be allowed to happen, totally disgusting and wrong.
