In the summer of 2020, I visited the Company to purchase plastic doors and shutters. What I wanted were two Berg Trend 82 type three-layer glass doors and windows. They are also equipped with a motorized aluminum shutter with a mosquito net with blinds. Until the installation, everything seemed to be fine. A few days after installation, I was confronted with the fact that what I got as a "brand new" door and window was actually a window made in December 2019 that was "shredded" to fit me. Fortunately, the case of one of the windows has the exact date of manufacture, which I attached to the evaluation. If all this weren’t enough, one of the windows was placed directly so that a casing extension was placed at the bottom, thus reducing the useful glass surface that the shutter didn’t cover. I questioned the need for the case extension at the bottom already during the quotation, but as a layman I entrusted the decision to them as reliable professionals. This net passage..s already enough for a negative review, but what was done with the shutters is a bad joke. Being a motorized shutter, the motor cable comes out on the side of the shutter case ... Well, with more than 20 years of experience, they unfortunately failed to take this into account in the survey and the newly manufactured shutters did not fit in a few centimeters. In order for the shutters to fit, the motor cable had to be routed out the top of the shutter case and so I could say goodbye to the built-in mosquito net. As the shutter casing did not fit perfectly into the insulation of the housing due to the relocated cable, it lost the function of the mosquito net due to the resulting gap. Luckily, I was able to move the case extender at the bottom to the top of the window case to get more light through the window. (This also proves that the presence of the lower case extension was unnecessary if it could be placed on top without any obstacles.) Respectively, the mosquito net problem was also "fixed", although the insulation of the panel house was a problem. Based on my negative experience explained above, I do not recommend anyone to choose them! I attached the pictures of the date of manufacture and the "plenty" of case covers on the review!
