★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szentély szépen megörzött külső képe mellett a belső okozott meglepetést. A görögkatolikus ikonosztáz eltakarná a boltozott szentélyt, de itt két - jelzésszerűen elhelyezett - képpel csak leszűkitették a teret, szabadon hagyták a látványt.
 In addition to the beautifully preserved exterior image of the sanctuary, the interior caused a surprise. The Greek Catholic iconostasis would obscure the vaulted sanctuary, but here, with two pictures, placed in a symbolic way, they only narrowed the space, leaving the view free.

A településen az Árpád-kor folyamán előbb sövényfalas templom épült, majd ennek pusztulása után emelték ugyanazon az agyagalapozáson a templomot. Az 1748-49. évi kánoni vizsgálat középkori eredetűnek találta. Az oklevelek 1519-ben említik először. Szentélye a XV. században készült. 1796/1797-ben részben átépítették barokk stílusban, tornyát is ekkor építették hozzá és ekkor tüntették el a templom román kori bejáratát, de a szentély gótikus stílusa megmaradt. 1927-ben a templom román kori oldalfalait elbontották és bővítették északi és déli irányába. Legutóbb 1990-ben esett át egy felújításon.
The church dates back to the 13th century. It was built in the 16th century in Gothic style. During the Árpádian period, a church with a hedge wall was built in the settlement, and after its destruction, the church was built on the same clay foundation. 1748-49. canonical study found that it was of medieval origin. It is first mentioned in deeds in 1519. Shrine of the XV. century. In 1796/1797 it was partly rebuilt in Baroque style, its tower was added to it and the Romanesque entrance of the church was destroyed, but the Gothic style of the sanctuary remained. In 1927, the Romanesque side walls of the church were demolished and widened to the north and south. It last underwent a renovation in 1990.
