Figyelni kell arra is pl.: virágföld vásárlásnál, hogy a vonalkód úgy álljon, hogy azt a kasszás a termék érintése nélkül le tudja olvasni. (gondolom nem akarja, hogy földes legyen a keze)

Had to take something back as a bit was missing (from an unopened package) - very friendly, no questions asked replacement and return and refund for an unwanted purchase.
