I bought the slippers nonetheless…. My couple said let's take a look around to see if I could find shoes for me, it was, but the situation was the same - I was already slowly embarrassed that I would like to spend 50-60 thousand HUF here után after the test I gave the shoes back to the bladder, but thank you very much i will buy it elsewhere !! The attitude of the service staff is below criticism, I prefer not to write anything about their business in Budaörs anymore!

The shoe, which is barely 2 months old with a warranty, has been put on "misuse"! I will definitely not buy more than them!

We bought a Lacoste sports shoe in the spring, but we took it back to the store due to a quality problem, and the sewing started to shred on the toe of the shoe. The shoes were sent for repair, I add this operation took more than 3 weeks, I already find this outrageously much, but we waited. When we went back to bring the shoe, which we handed over in impeccable, clean condition, we got it back so that the shoe was completely smeared with some yellow material. It looked unbearable, and we didn’t leave it there that way. We reported this problem in the store, we did not bring the shoes, and we asked for a refund of the full purchase price. Then again, after almost 2 weeks, we received a notification that the problem was fixed, you can go for the shoes. Resolving the problem meant so much that the yellow discoloration was still visible and no real change was actually observed from the previous condition. At that time, we indicated again that this shoe is still not in the condition we left here, so we are still asking you to return the purchase price. It is deeply outrageous that they do not take care of the other person's property, they have only deteriorated the condition of the shoe for the purpose of repair, and we have been sending the shoe here and there for 2 months, which cannot be used to refund. I completely regretted that when we noticed the defect on the shoe, I didn’t take it to my usual shoemaker and repaired the defect with him, but entrusted the repair to such a sloppy company that did not respect his other property. We brought the shoe after the long tug, sparing ourselves from nervous trouble, I didn't think that a simple repair would lead to a torture of several months ... Here I would like to draw everyone’s attention to think twice about asking for a shoe to be repaired because they don’t take care of the other’s property and they are unable to take responsibility !!! One would not expect such an attitude from a company of this size. NEVER MORE OFFICE SHOES !!
