D	Dániel Major on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 hónapja vásároltam egy 33.000 ft-os hilfiger cipőt , a talprész elvált ezért vissza vittem és cserét kértem , a csere helyett elküldték javítani , majd értesítettek róla, hogy kész van . Amikor bementem az üzletbe úgy kaptam vissza a cipőt mintha egy 3 évesnek adták volna oda játszani a ragasztóval , a ragasztásba hézagok voltak és kb 1 cm vastagon összeragasztózták a velúr részt is kb 1 hónap múlva ugyan úgy le fog jönni a talpa mert az első hajlításnál már recsegett a ragasztott rész.. A javításra közel 1 hónapot vártam . Természetesen megtagadtam az átvételt és ismét cserét kértem , amire jött is emailben a válsz, hogy szerintük szakszerű a javítás és reklamálhatok a békéltető testületnél de ők nem vetik alá magukat a békéltető testület döntésének . Inkorrekt hozzá állás soha többé nem vásárlok náluk !! Direkt nem pénzt kértem vissza csupán szerettem volna egy cipőt aminek nincs leszakadva az alja ennyi pénzért. Mindenről van fényképes dokumentációm is ! Of course, I refused to take over and asked for an exchange again, which I received in an email stating that they think the repair is professional and I can complain to the conciliation body but they do not submit to the decision of the conciliation body. Improper attitude I will never buy from them again !! I asked for no direct money back, I just wanted a shoe with no bottom torn off for that much money. I also have photo documentation of everything!

Elvitte az üzletbe, kivizsgálták, majd “külső mechanikai behatás” szöveggel elálltak a pénz visszafizetéstől, levásárlástól. (Pedig semmilyen külső behatás nem érte a cipőt, egyszerűen gyenge az anyaga) Tisztességtelen ez az egész! Senkinek se ajánlom hogy office shoesnál vegyen cipőt. A talpa lejött, a komplett oldalsó ragasztás elengedett, teljesen nyilvánvaló gyártási hiba. E-mailben hivatkozva az "aránytalanul magas többletköltségekre" nem hajlandóak cserélni, sem visszafizetni az árát, csak javítani. Nem tartom korrektnek, hogy egy PRÉMIUM márkás cipőt 1 hónap után cipésszel kell összebarkácsolni! "Természetesen" semmilyen további panasszal élni nincs jogom, Ők nem kötelesek - saját szabályzatukra hivatkozva - további lépéseket megtenni. Sajnálom, hogy rugalmatlanok, abszolút NEM vevő központúak és kicsit sem törekednek a vásárlói elégedettségre. Elvesztettek egy visszatérő vásárlót.
