Ha lehetne mínuszba menni csillagok adása terén..... Kritikán aluli az üzletlánc,az ügyfélszolgálat és egyes eladók viselkedése. 2022.01.12-én vásároltunk a páromnak egy FILA cipőt,otthon tapasztaltunk hogy kissé szűkös az orr része. 2 azaz kettő nap múlva próbálta a párom egy számmal nagyobbra cserélni a cipőt, ám a kérését elutasították,azzal az indokkal hogy a cipő utcán hordott, cserélèsre alkalmatlan állapotban van. Természetesen beírt a vásárlók könyvébe,ami az eladó hölgyet nem érdekelte. Megreklamáltam az ügyfélszolgálatnál,ahol azt mondták,hogy mehetek vissza, kártérítenek ( ez volt pénteken). Vasárnap szerettem volna lezárni ezt, ezért párommal visszamentem az üzletbe, ahol közölték ,hogy nem adják vissza a pénzt, mert semmilyen tájékoztatást nem kaptak erre vonatkozóan...ha szeretném tudni hogy mikor mehetek a nyamvadt 13990 forintunkèrt,akkor én hívjam fel az üzletet..... Újra felvettem a kapcsolatot az ügyfélszolgálattal,így harmadik alkalommal ,amikor az üzletben jártunk, sikerült elintézni ezt az ügyet. Tapasztalatunk tehát az,hogy egyáltalán nem érdekli őket a vásárlók elégedettsége,csak addig számít az ember ,míg a bankkártya kivillan ... szörnyen rugalmatlan az egész banda.. SOHA NEM FOGUNK ITT TÖBBSZÖR VÁSÁROLNI. Csatolok pár képet egyébként arról,hogy milyen állapotú cipőről ment ez a procedúra.

This store has the worst customer service. Refused to help when I was trying to buy something. Well left there promptly as they don't deserve a penny. Either they're racist or have a stick up their butts

Worst service ever and lowest quality you can imagine!!! My gf bought boots on which after 2 weeks the bottom fall off. So we went to return them and asked to exchange them for same type and they said we cant exchange but they can repair them and give it back after 2 weeks. In normal stores what they would at least is either give you another pair or exchange for another type..If we wanted to repair them after 2 weeks of buying them we could have bought 2nd hand and not brand new. Surely we will submit claim at customer protection committee!!! Not recommend to anyone!

A medium-size-branch like many others. It is tidy and clean, well stocked and generally not that busy. You can always find discounted and reduced to clear shoes. Lately even the handbags range is wider and much nicer. I would always check it out.
