T	Tamás Erdei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Többször jártam már az üzletben, sajnos minden alkalommal ugyanazt a vállalhatatlan modort tapasztaltam az eladók részéről mint amit az előttem szólók leírtak. A segítőkézség teljes hiánya minden alkalommal tapasztalható volt, ha méretet kértem rendszerint ugyanaz a savanyú flegma tekintet fogadott. Az utóbbi időben csak akkor látogatom az üzletet ha bizonytalan vagyok az online vásárlásban, de akkor sem szívesen. I’ve been to the store several times before, unfortunately every time I experienced the same unbearable manners on the part of the sellers as described by those in front of me. The complete lack of helpfulness was experienced every time I asked for size and usually received the same sour phlegm look. Lately, I only visit the store if I’m unsure about shopping online, but I don’t like it either.

Egyikük válaszol, hogy ha majd befejezte a beszélgetést jön. Senkinek nem ajánlom. I would give them -1. I'm going in today. 4 salesmen talking. I say sorry someone could help, I'm looking for kids' shoes. One of them replies that when he has finished the conversation will come. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Elvileg nem rossz minőségü cipőt vettünk, nem volt olcsó cipő! Kiszolgálás: pedig nem voltak kedvesek. Ott eldőlt hogy nem cserélik ki, lehetett érezni a hangsúlyon! Lehet a piacon jobb minőségük cipőt vettünk volna! Hi. I do not recommend to anyone! My little one's shoes were damaged after a week and I think they should have been replaced! In principle, we didn't buy poor quality shoes, there were no cheap shoes! Service: And they weren't nice. There it was decided not to replace it, you could feel the emphasis! Maybe the market would have bought better quality shoes!

Az eladók mindig segítőkészek, udvariasak és végtelenül türelmesek, pedig nem vagyok egy könnyű eset :) A választék nagyon széleskörű, az árak korrektek. Évek alatt a kedvenc cipőboltunk lett, így bármikor erre járunk, soha nem távozunk üres szatyorral. Köszönet a magas színvonalú kiszolgálásért, további sok sikert kívánunk! Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom az üzletet. We visit Debrecen 3-4 times a year, we always visit this store, as this is our favorite shoe store in the city. The supply is good, the staff is excellent. The sellers are always helpful, polite and infinitely patient, although I am not an easy case :) The selection is very wide, the prices are fair. Over the years, it has become our favorite shoe store, so whenever we go for it, we never leave with an empty bag. Thanks for the high quality service, we wish you much more success! I can only recommend the deal to everyone.

L	Lorraine Maila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered shoes online on 30 January 2022. I waited 14 days for them to be delivered. Only to find out that my order was not successful. I have never received any email or notification that indicated that the order was not successful. The whole time my purchase history on the website was showing 'order received'. I had to got to the store to ask about my order and that's when I was told that the order didnt go through and I was waiting for nothing. All the shoes I liked are gone. This was dissapointing.
J	Jacques M3rine! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to buy a pair of shoes for myself. Both of the shop assistants were giggling and ingoring the customers. I approached one of them (red haired girl) to ask if they had a bigger size of one of the models. She just said i need to wait with a really unfriendly attitude. I was waiting there for minutes…then she came out and started to reorganise the display like i didn’t even ask for her help. I wanted to buy those shoes, but i just walked out. It was obvious that the staff did not receive any higher education, but this doesn’t mean that you need to be careless and unfriendly with the customers. The ratings show that the management need to reconsider hiring people who care about their job.
