"Imádok" a középpontban lenni, és szerencsére ezt, a tájékoztatás hangterjedelmével és stílusával az ügyintéző hölgy el is érte. Sajnos ez nem az első eset itt, ebben a hivatalban. Tavaly is kíváló szolgáltatást kaptunk, de gondolom a hiba bennem van. I would like to thank you for your "kind" information about applying for an identity card, or rather not for applying. "I love" being in the center, and fortunately this, with the volume and style of the information, was achieved by the receptionist. Unfortunately, this is not the first case here in this office. We got a great service last year, but I think the problem is with me.

Diszkriminációs viselkedés,illetve beszólás ahogy a "kedves" ügyintéző meglátta külföldi személyi azonósítót.? Lack of information, therefore lengthy administration! Na és jött az ügyintézés gépjármű káosz a kisasszony fejébe percenkét elrohant ez nem jó az nem jó. Majd még is. 1óra szórakozas után elintéztem csodás.... It was a pleasure!! Mindenki kedves volt, az ügyintézés gyors volt, és bár egy adott ügy miatt volt időpontunk, az ügyintéző segített elintézni egy másikat is, így időt spórolhattunk. Köszönjük neki a kedvességét! :) We went there with a customer gate appointment. We were on time. Everyone was kind, the administration was fast, and although we had an appointment for one particular case, the clerk helped arrange another, so we could save time. Thank you for your kindness! :)
C	Csaba Molnár on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otthon felújitási támogatáshoz itt adtam be a papirokat, 9 nappal később a MÁK-hoz még a scannelt változat se érkezett be...Elégtelen szolgáltatás, az adófizetők pénzén élősködnek. I handed in the papers here for the renovation support at home, 9 days later the scanned version was not received by MÁK ... Insufficient service, they are parasitizing on the taxpayers' money.
T	Tamás Arnódi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hihetetlen lassú az ügyintézés, az ott dolgozók mindent csinálnak, csak hogy ne kelljen dolgozni…egy óra alatt 6 kávézás, “pletyizés”… The administration is incredibly slow, the people there do everything just so they don't have to work 6 hours of coffee, “gossiping”…

Nem egyértelmű információk adása, mely később az ügyintézés elhúzódásához vezet, mindezt ingerülten előadva az ügyfélnek, aki érezze sz@rul magát nyilvánosan, mert bemerészkedett egy, az adójából is fenntartott közhivatalba. A végül segítségünkre siető hölgy kolléga előtt viszont le a kalappal. Nem irigylem, hogy ilyen "úriemberekkel" kell együtt dolgoznia nap, mint nap. A personal, disrespectful colleague who "speaks" to the client when photographing. Zsúfolt és büdös a hely, az ügyintézés lassú és a dolgozók sem éppen àllnak a helyzet magaslatán. I went on time and left after three hours of waiting. After trying again, I had the patience for an hour and a half. The place is crowded and smelly, the administration is slow and the workers are not at the height of the situation.
