Als ich, während der Lieferbus schon in Ungarn stand, mir in Österreich (Opelwekstatt Frauenkirchen) einen KV inkl Arbeitszeit und MwSt zum Vergleichen holte, lag dieser nur bei 840-860€!! Vor dem Bezahlen in Ungarn zeigte ich den KV aus Österreich dann her - und ohne Zutun machte man mir den "billigeren" österr. Preis!! Das sieht man wie peinhart betrogen wird! Laut Fachleuten hätte aber alles sicher unter 500€ zu haben sein sollen!! Nie wieder Opel Autentik!! Adios & ahoi! Zudem war man von Beginn an sehr unfreundlich. Besonders der ca 35j Verkäufer mit verlebten Gesicht... 4 brakes (complete package) including working time for the Movano 1000 € !! When, while the delivery bus was already in Hungary, I got a KV including working hours and VAT in Austria (Opelwekstatt Frauenkirchen) to compare, it was only 840-860 € !! Before paying in Hungary I showed the KV from Austria - and they gave me the "cheaper" Austrian price without doing anything! You can see how hard it is cheated! According to experts, everything should have been available for less than 500 € !! Never again Opel Autentik !! Adios & ahoy! In addition, they were very unfriendly from the start. Especially the 35year old salesman with a worn face ...

L	Légtornász on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Műszaki vizsga előtt főnöki parancsra bármit amit találtak kiírták és csináltak egy 270eftos kalkulációt. Aztán később kiderült számomra, hogy mégsem annyira fontos, és meg lehet úszni 30 eft-ból, és később a többi. Majd amikor nekiláttam megcsináltatni a többit, kiderült, hogy eleve rosszul mérték fel, nem szükséges az adott alkatrész bonyolult cseréje. Ez volt az utolsó találkozásunk. A személyzet OK, de a főnöknek kell a pénz. Before the technical exam, on the orders of the boss, anything they found was written down and a 270eft calculation was made. Then later it turned out to me that it’s not that important after all, and you can swim from 30 eft and later the rest. Then, when I started to do the rest, it turned out that it had been misjudged in the first place, there was no need for complicated replacement of the given part. This was our last meeting. The staff is OK, but the boss needs the money.
Z	Zoltan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bementünk az Opel Autentikba és olyan érzésünk volt , hogy itt nem akarnak autót eladni. Abszolút közöny fogadott. Nem igyekeztek kedvünkre lenni és meggyőzni, hogy a megfelelő helyre tértünk be, ahol megtaláltuk álmaink autóját. Egy idősebb úr néha felénk tekintett és egy rövid mondat erejéig szót váltottunk. Azt hittük, hogy a biztonsági őr, de mint később kiderült egy falon lógó kepről, hogy az ügyvezető igazhatóhoz volt szerencsénk. Később egy értékesítő jött oda hozzánk és megkérdezte, hogy minek kell az autó!!!! A feleségem ekkor majdnem sikitó frászt kapott ;)!! Az autóról információt csak akkor kaptunk, ha kérdeztünk. Azt is röviden és nem sokáig, mert gyorsan magunkra hagytak. Ezért mi is elhagytuk a szalont azzal a gondolattal, hogy aki nem akar egy potenciális vevőt meggyőzni, hogy nála vásároljunk, akkor mi biztosan nem ott fogunk pár milliót elkölteni, és az Opel Autentikba sem tesszük be többet a lábunkat!!! We went to Opel Authentic and felt like we did not want to sell cars here. Absolutely indifferent. They did not try to please us and convince us that we came to the right place where we found the dream of our car. An older gentleman sometimes looked at us and switched to a short sentence. We thought the security guard, but later found out about a wall hanging around, that we were lucky for the manager. Later a salesman came to us and asked us what the car should be !!!! My wife was getting a little frustrated;) !! We only received information about the car when asked. We did it briefly and not long because we left us quickly. That's why we left the salon with the idea that if you do not want to convince a potential buyer to buy it, then we certainly will not spend a couple of millions, and we will not put more on our feet in Opel Authentic!

Autópályán délután lerobbanva fogadták a kocsimat hétfőn zárás előtt, másnap sikerült kideríteniük a hibaokát és péntekre meg is javították, alkatrészcserével, műszakiztatással együtt. I was fortunate to have a very helpful and friendly staff. On the freeway in the afternoon, they took my car down on Monday before closing, they managed to find out the problem the next day, and they repaired it on Friday, along with a spare part exchange and a technical briefing.
