The other day I and my mother-in-law came into their Pole shop, we both wanted to make glasses with an eye test. As soon as we entered, a young man came in front of us, asking what we wanted. Then he told me that there is no eye examination for two days now, let's come back another time (my mother-in-law also has a hard time with a stick, she recently had a femoral neck fracture). We were disappointed to say it was okay, but we would look at the frames. To this the dear young man began to point out that these were cheaper frames, they were around 30-50 thousand, and with a sloppy loose motion he pointed to another board accompanied by the following sentence: they were already the more expensive! And I saw on his face that he was degrading us, he didn’t look out of us to fill that frame for us! Then mother-in-law says softly that 50 thousand is not much for her, but I don't think she has heard it yet, she thought it wasn't our shop! It was a real pouring rain, we entered the store a little drenched and we weren’t pulled out of a fashion magazine, but that was outrageous at first sight!
