Accordingly, it is extremely over-priced and what you will get for your money is the total lack of professionalism at every level from everyone, including the security staff and the translators. Simple things such as respecting the mask wearing laws creates hard times for them.

H	Hello World on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you got here at least one time in your life, then you already know that there's no other option to make the translation of your piece of document and you have been forced to spend your money here. Why? Because there's monopoly for this institute. You can try to search on alternatives, but the purpose of your present here means that you are forced to request the very stamp of OFFI on your document. So sad that we feed them and keep them alive with a high amount of money determined by characters (inc. spaces).

I paid for a quick service of 3 days, yet I still didn't receive the documents till 5th working day. 0/ 100 for translation 2/100 for the service ( as the desk staff doesn't help to fix their mistakes)

I requested a new quota (no change in base prices, same file) and somehow the character count went up by almost 1000 characters for no reason. I requested another quota, with additional file, character count is now 1000... Called them to check what's happening, they hang up. :) :) :)
